In 2015 Kevin Rudd's running the United Nations, Julia Gillard's prime minister and the National Climate Commission has taken some tough decisions. All short-haul airline flights have been banned, there's a high speed rail link between Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, and our houses, offices and factories have been transformed.
